AEC is pleased to provide the following for exhibitors: carpet (black), power (one 1500-watt electrical outlet), 3’ sidewall & 8’ backwall drape (black), materials handling in the Expo Hall (up to 5000 lbs during set-up), shipping crate storage and 24 hour/day security service (roaming basis only), and unlimited exhibitor badges.

- We recommend reaching out to ConsultExpo for instructions before the conference to receive guidance especially if you are shipping from outside Canada.
- Prior to sending your material to Canada we highly recommend completing ConsultExpo’s Order Form and Canada Customs Invoice and returning to: Stefanie Lane [email protected]. Stefanie can provide you with a quote for services requested, one-way or round-trip customs and or shipping.

- Should you choose to work with your own courier / or transportation provider, it is important to provide ConsultExpo with your tracking number along with their completed forms for customs clearance purposes.
