Reducing False Fire Alarms At Enbridge

Presentation Overview

This session is to bring to light our experience of when different disciplines have a small part in an overall safety system but do not have an overarching control philosophy. This has lead to very high counts of alarm to Control Center Operators causing Alarm overload and Normalization of Alarms.
